Sailboat Racing has lots of rules. I know for I did it for many years. But Central Park has It's own set of rules for the perfect wedding. If you want to have a wedding in a New York City Park with more than 20 people, you need to have a special event permit. This will secure the time and date at the location of your choice. Even if you have less than 20 guests. You will need at least 30 days for processing.
